How’d We Get Here?

In 1993, my father, Michael Jung, founded Jung’s Automotive—one of the most trustworthy and reliable auto repair shops in Southeast Louisiana. As an ASE Master Automotive Technician, he set the example of integrity, hard work, and excellence that I was blessed to grow up under. From an early age, I was mentored by my father, developing a deep love and passion for cars while working alongside him in the shop.

My name is Steven Jung, and I’m the owner of Precision Brakes. After high school, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps, where I served as a mechanic on the MV-22 Osprey. Even while serving, I found time to restore classic cars, deepening both my love for the craft and my technical skills.

Following my military service, I spent six years working with NASA on the Artemis Space Launch System deep space program. While that work was incredibly rewarding, I always felt called to return to my roots—serving my local community through honest, dependable automotive repair.

As a follower of Jesus Christ, my faith guides how I live, work, and serve others.
